This was a job we secured as a sub contractor to work on behalf of another roofing contractor for a Newcastle council contract. or this contract, workmanship and careful planning were key to success as the properties were inhabited during the time of the works.
The contract was to re roof numerous properties in the Newcastle area with a Bauder warm roof system. The spec was to fully strip the roofs down to the existing substrate, install a heat activated Vapour control layer, 130mm insulation, heat activated underlayer and a torch on mineral cap-sheet. Duration 12 weeks.
