This was a Garland specification. We were required to overlay the existing main roof areas whilst stripping out all of the internal gutters and install a 3 layer warm roof system.
The main build up was Vapour control layer, adhered 100mm insulation with tapered gutter boards, new skylights and GRP roof edge trim.
