This was an Alumasc Specification. This job was completed during the Covid 19 restrictions of 2020. Our team adhered to strict Covid guidelines ensuring the safety of the staff and children. This job was completed with minimal disruption to the school which stayed active during the works.
The specification was to strip the existing roof system off down to the plywood deck and install a new plywood deck throughout. We then installed a new 3 layer warm roof System comprise of vapour control layer, 130mm insulation board, new skylights and new edge details.
