This job was another Garland Specification. The scope of works was to strip the existing roof off down to the original deck and install a new 3 layer, warm roof system.

This consisted of a heat activated vapour control layer, tapered insulation, torch  on underlay and mineral cap-sheet. Duration 10 weeks.
