Stephenson House is a student accommodation block in the heart of Newcastle city centre. We were appointed as a subcontractor, where we were asked to replace all the balcony roofs with a new Bauder total roof system. Our teams carried out the following tasks:

•  Renewed all of the rainwater goods.
•  Installed a new BUFR system to all of the roofs (1200m2)
•  Encapsulated the parapet upstands completely with the new roofing system.
•  Managed the waste removal on the live site
•  Managed the distribution of materials to roof level

It took a huge team effort to get this one over the line, not just from our team but for all of the staff and students for cooperating with us every step of the way! Overall a great result and some top quality workmanship on display!
